Private lessons are a great option if you are interested in gaining the knowledge and tools to achieve your training goals. These programs are offered in packages of five lessons, which will be scheduled weekly and held outside to accommodate for social distancing.

In addition to nice leash walking manners, your dog will learn to sit/stay, down/stay, place, come/recall. We will also help you with common behavioral issues such as jumping up, nipping, counter surfing or any other issues you need help with. If you are interested in learning how to remote collar train your dog, proper introduction and use of the e-collar is covered in this program.

As with all of our programs, private lessons are designed to coach you on how to shape a balanced, calm and happy state of mind for your dog.

In our virtual private lesson program, our goals remain the same. We will work with you 1 on 1 in order to teach nice leash walking manners, as well as: sit/stay, down/stay, place, come/recall. We will also help you correct common behavioral issues. As always, if you are interested in learning how to remote collar train your dog, proper introduction and use of the e-collar is covered in this program.

What to Expect:

• Our 5 session packages include one 90-minute introductory session, followed by four 1-hour sessions

• Clear homework instructions designed specifically for you and your dog

• Trainer critique and advice on two videos per week that you submit of you working with your dog in order to help us achieve your goals

Our board and train program gives your dog a jump start on training by living 24/7 as a member of our pack. We start with a consistent and fulfilling routine for your dog that makes sense for them. Through that structured routine we create a balanced and calm outlook on life for your dog, and teach your dog what is expected of them in our house and in the real outside world.

While your dog is with us we introduce the training, structure and obedience that will help you more easily navigate life together. In addition to nice leash walking manners, your dog will learn to: sit/stay, down/stay, place, come/recall (2 & 3 week off-leash). Imagine the benefits of having your dog do a board & train program, without having to say goodbye for an extended period of time. This is our day school program. You drop your dog off with us in Concord every morning (Tuesday-Friday) and pick them up at the end of the school day.

While your dog is with us we introduce the training, structure and obedience that will help you more easily navigate life together. In addition to nice leash walking manners, your dog will learn to: sit/stay, down/stay, place, come/recall (3 & 4 week programs). We will also help you with common behavioral issues such as jumping up, nipping, counter surfing or any other issues you need our help with. We specialize in e-collar/remote collar training, and proper introduction and use of this tool is covered in the 3 & 4 week off-leash programs.

Maintenance Lessons

Once completing any of our training packages, you and your dog can schedule individual maintenance lessons at anytime. You are also eligible for our semi-regular Walden Walks, our maintenance group classes on the go.

Reactive Dogs

Dog's are pack animals. To some degree, in every situation, we are either leading our dog or following them. Reactivity and aggression are two heightened symptoms that become present because of a lack of clear and consistent leadership on the human’s part. Whatever has happened in the past has happened, and today is a new day with new possibilities for you and your dog’s relationship. If you are having problems with your dog because of reactivity or aggression, we are able to help you.

Our goal is to develop a foundation of strong obedience with your dog that teaches proper leadership and communication. Using training we can naturally increase your dog's confidence in your ability to handle situations that bring about reactive or aggressive reactions from your dog.
